Help with pulled pork on a gas grill
Hi Bill, I made your porkbutt recipe yesterday and ate it today.. I see why this is an origional favorite in bbq. Used soft buns homemade bbq sauce. my jauthentic rub and injected the butt with yhour apple jhuice mixture. Was fantastic except for the pulling apart part. I had to cut it up; and then cleaver it into shreds. Any tips, Thanks, Ian..jps butt was marbelled well and had a one quarter layer of fat on top
