I have never heard of barbecued pigs feet. i have heard of pickled pigs feet. If you do a search on http://www.google.com for “barbecued pigs feet” you’ll get a lot of recipes. Most of them say to boil them for a few hours with some vegetables and spices and then cook in the oven or on your smoker for 35 minutes. If I were you, I would try to cook them (without boiling first) on your smoker using the rib recipe as in our BBQ book http://www.bbq-book.com
