I am thinking about a vertical propane bullet smoker ?
do you have any company recommendations makes or models I should look at ????

Something that will hold like  6-8 Pork Shoulders ???

  I just purchased a Brikmann Vertical water smoker and I wanted to know if the book has tips that I can use or if the tips are just for the smoker vets?  Also I have never smoked anything before but I love to cook and want to learn.

I live in Australia and want to buy a good book that will help in making some great ribs. I am considering your book but would like to know a few things before I buy it.
1. Australia does not have alot of BBQ sauces and marinades for ribs does your book give recipes on how to make marinades or are they marinades that are purchased only in the states??
2. I cook ribs in a Webber BBQ will your book help me to improve my cooking in a Webber??
Sorry for the questions but I really want to make ribs like I got when I was in the states.

Hi Bill:

I can’t find CookShack Spicy BBQ Rub you reference in regard to smoking a Boston Butt. CookShack’s website has Spicy Chicken Rub, RibRub, and Brisket Rub.  I do not see a Spicy BBQ rub.
They do have a Spicy BBQ sauce dry mix?
