BBQ in a pressure cooker!?

We tried this again this evening with great success. Because typically we don’t have the time needed to smoke the butt every time, what we have done is smoke it for two-three hours and finish it in an electric pressure cooker using the marinade as the liquid in the bottom. I put it in the pressure cooker for about one hour and it is EXTREMELY juicy and very flavorful (using the recipe from page 18). This turns out fantastic, just an FYI.
