Is your book a “cookbook”?

Am I correct in that your book contains a lot of “how to” ideas rather than just a book of receipts.  I need to know a lot of the tricks of the trade.  Thank you for responding.

  1. Correct… just the recipes we use in competitions and maybe a few sample rub, brine, and marinade recipes. The book is more of a BBQ instruction manual rather than a cookbook with 100′s of useless recipes.
