Hello Bill,
I purchased your Competition BBQ Secrets last fall had have been using your information to get started doing competitions this year. However, now that the weather isn’t below freezing up here in ILL, I want to do a brisket, how you talked about in the book with the Au Jus Sauce and can’t find your HomeBBQ Beef Rub for Brisket and wanted to know if you could send me the recipe for the Rub?
