Warren, on marketing BBQ sauce

Contact the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. They have a fantastic food laboratory there. They have a seminar entitled “From Recipe to Reality”. I’ve  attended.  They have all the answers for anyone wanting to market a food product. Big or small.
