Briskets

Fortunately for those of us in this part of the country whole packer trimmed briskets are available and lately choice grade can be found in some stores. I found three in the 10-pound range and started off national bbq month by smoking all three friday evening all night long and took them out saturday morning, let them rest and foil wrapped them and are now in my refrigerator waiting for some tasty eating.
