Meat injectors
Hi Bill, love your book. What injector do you use? There are so many in plastic, vinyl and metal. Some are 2 oz., some are 4 oz. some have holes on the tip and others on the sides. You mention Cajun injector but even they offer four types. I’m interested in your opinion. Thanks – Gerard
