I saw you won at Tryon. Big Congratulations! Thats one of the best KCBS comps in the southeast. One you can hang your hat (or helmet) on and be proud of your efforts. Very nice win!!

No rubbery chicken skin
Dear Bill, I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with your ebook. It is well-written, and has already improved our smoking!
We have a Traeger smoker, and have had very good results with most things, but we have been experimenting with chicken, and always ended up with the rubbery skin you describe in your book. We followed your instructions after downloading your book on Saturday, and our chicken breasts came out just perfect, without the rubbery skin! Thank you for your help, and we really look forward to trying the other recipes in your book.
