I happened across your site while preparing for a BBQ Cookoff here in Wichita last weekend…a KCBS event with some nationally ranked teams in attendance.

Unfortunately, I didn’t buy your book….We placed 10^th in Ribs, 18^th in Brisket, 33^rd in Chicken and 34^th in Pork….out of 34.  This was my first event.  I have a Good One Trail Boss smoker (www.aceofheartsbbq.com) but primarily I use the smoker for Rib Roasts for local charitable events…and have been told my Prime Rib is the best.
