Moore’s Marinade
Bill…Howdy
I am trying to follow your recipe for brisket in your e-book I bought.
You mention Moore’s marinade for the injection liquid.
I live in Arizona and have not been able to find Moore’s in the 5 stores I scouted (Safeway, Kroger, Albertson’s, Bashas, Wal-mart).
Is there an “equivalent” marinade you could recommend or a substitute magic potion?

Don’t know of any equivalent, but you can order it at http://www.mooresmarinade.com/
They are making some changes to their site, and the locator does not seem to be working.
