Please note that this is my very first cook-off in 105degree with a feel like it at 115 degree, my shelter fell after a 20mph wind came threw and it blew it away, any and all covering I had was gone. My wife and youngest son sweating and ready to commit mutiny. They were thinking that I could continue to cook while they take a taxi to a nice cool hotel room, then showup for awards the next day. After 7:30pm everyone was so nice and happy go lucky, my wife and I almost forgot all that has happened until the next day when it was a blistering 115 degree with a feel like of 120degree with no shade. My point is that with good people like you we can endure almost anything. Thanks Bill.
