lutely need to monitor your internal meat temperature. With this thermometer, you just set
the desired temperature and insert your probe. When the meat reaches the desired temperature, an alarm goes off. At barbecue competitions, this is what I use because of
it's simplicity. My smokers are pellet smokers and all I need to know is when my butts and briskets are done. And when you are doing a million other things, it's nice to just listen for that alarm to go off. Get one for each meat today...
