Bill, I saw where you won grand champion BBQ cooking contest in South Carolina on the food network channel. Man you tore em up! I am having problems with my ribs,and wondered if you could give me some advice as to what temp., wood for smoke, and how long to cook etc. I know your sauce is secret, but I need a good sauce to put on them. I use adkins BBQ rub for seasoning and it seems to work out ok.
